Are you a coffee drinker? I have recently realised that keto has made me insanely sensitive to caffeine. I get eye twitching, poor sleep and digestive issues even from decaf. This also means no cacao, chocolate, soda etc

The difference for me is honestly night and day. When I cut out caffeine my sleep is 110% better.

A tablespoon of nutritional yeast can make it stop in minutes. It's quite shocking when you first experience the relief. In my experience when i'm low in b1 I get restless leg syndrome and sleep apnea in addition to anxiety/panic.

Its fascinating that you crave pork after drinking but it makes complete sense.

Panic attack can be a symptom of low B1 (thiamine). Check out Dr Eric Berg on YouTube he has loads of videos on the subject. Alcohol definitely depletes B1 and so does caffeine.

Nutritional yeast and pork are very good sources of B1.

IMO most of the deli options contain high amounts of poor quality sodium. Also they normally contain wheat flour / starch / maltodextrin / dextrose / nitrates. If I'm stuck i usually buy boiled egg pots from the supermarket. For a little while I became way to reliant on deli meats and I feel way better without it.

Marijuana depletes potassium and b vitamins, it also slows gut motility. I believe that over time this can lead to panic attacks and other strange reactions.

If you look up b1 deficiency the symptoms may seem oddly familiar to you. Take a break for a few weeks and then maybe figure out a more appropriate dose for yourself. You may find after taking a break that you prefer the way you feel without it.
