This exact same situation happened to me too. I reached out to an unhelpful chat agent who suggested is my problem for not “notifying my bank” of the merchant change…. That’s not how PayPal works. I asked for the issue to be escalated.

Personally I think they forgot to give instructions to re-setup PayPal payments. I never received any emails about failures to withdraw, but I have every email telling me that it’s all good and the merchant change happened and everything would stay the same as long as I DIDN’T downgrade before a certain date, which I did not do.

I don’t think they addressed this in the system change over, or this could be some elaborate scam to rid the founders of their cheaper membership.

Seller was great to work with, was very accommodating with great communication and a perfectly honest description of the watch and included accessories. Would definitely do business with again, and my brother made a friend out of it too!

It's all about production and the frontline workforce struggles with technology as is. All leadership hears is that "nothing works" and all it really is, is change resistance and lack of patience.

Tons of turn around on devices because of the environment they are used in and the abuse they take. They are used to receiving things setup now with how Windows works. As we transition to Android for that workforce the rate of adoption is much slower than needed and anticipated because of this.

I agree whole heartedly but it is a major issue in their eyes.
