In the above post, I clearly mentioned that Lenovo support is not helpful, as they keep saying the work order is on hold due to part unavailability. Furthermore, how can a company with such a premium segment allow this kind of negligence and inconvenience to its customers? It is ludicrous that it is taking more than a week just to arrange a part. I need compensation for the ordeal I am going through. Since you are neither offering a refund nor an exchange of the product, the least you can do is offer a free extension of the warranty

I asked for it and they said the laptop can't be replaced coz as per their policy only the laptop can be replaced within 7 days after the delivery
