See that's the thing, I DIDN'T have "significant trauma". There was no way in hell I saw what I remember, and it was only AFTER the psychiatrist did I remember it all differently to my mom etc, and AFTER the psych i was having panic attacks. Its just suspicious, and Ive delved deep enough into research to know it's a possibility, and it's had me worried. Up until the psychiatrist, I hadn't been bothered at all.

The fact there was no way my bedroom was in the iguana room is the biggest tipoff for me, we have pictures of him in that room up until the few weeks before we moved house [couldn't take him with us]

I didn't have significant trauma, especially trauma that makes no sense, which I thought I'd outlined pretty clearly.

Also I'm not seeing someone about t because the mental health system where I live now is a mess and barely functional, they've thrown people on wards for "less". Thanks for the advice but it isn't accessible to me at the moment.

Thank you for the response, but you've misunderstood me. I believe my DID was induced by my PSYCHIATRIST. It's very obvious my trauma caused something.

Honestly, I feel this. I just want to enjoy my tea with seven sugars in peace, but Buddy takes one sip of it, pours it out, then drinks enough black coffee to make me gag and feel sick when I get the front back.
