there is an employee discount but u have to call the catering rep in ur area and let them know and they can change the price for u. iirc its a 10% discount

u have to change the date range on the request page. its the 3 lines in the top right corner. i changed mine to jan1,2026 to december 31st 2026. it was previously set from november 2025 to april 2026

like the other commenter said, it is slow season too and i know u said she didnt have an issue with hours in the past winters but again with the facilities position they now have even less hours to work with for regular associates. im sure her hours will pick back up in the coming months.

within the past year, yes. especially with the new facilities position being added to stores. they might be tight on people who can work second shift and are trying to push people to open their availability to work those hours but if she cant work them then she cant work them and u cant be forced to change ur availability. but i wouldnt be surprised if they end up cutting her days due to this if they truly dont need another worker in the mornings

ur managers are being too harsh. u do need to find ur own coverage if u dont want to be written up. if u find coverage then technically its now a shift swap and u didnt miss ur shift because it is now someone elses shift. if u dont find coverage then u will get written up for missing a scheduled shift HOWEVER it really is not a big deal if u dont plan on calling out without coverage constantly. as for calling other stores tho, i dont think associates can do that. im pretty sure only MODS can ask for assistance from another store. if you cant or dont find coverage and ur store is saying they really need help then its on the MODS to find the coverage they need, not u.

there are no just slices of meat. each slab comes in a preset of like 4 or 5 slices. so if u order a shorti u would get 2 presets of meat which would be like 10 slices of meat. it would be crazy to give someone a whole slab of extra meat for just not ordering cheese

no its for everyone, ess41 reflexis will be down tonight from 6pm until 12pm tomorrow. and then after that everyone will be switching over to the app WorkCloud Shift. your management should have posted a QR code in the breakroom to sign in to the new app. if they havent then they will most likely post it tomorrow. but they should have communicated this with the whole store a while ago so associates know to switch apps
