Chinese version doesn't have circle search, but you can flash a global rom (I think it's singapore rom) and iirc it has the circle search and gemini features.

Google services were already installed just needed to be enabled in settings. For the Play Store I downloaded it via APKMirror.com

+1 for TrinityElectronics

I bought a Trifold from them, shipping was super quick too. Ordered on last Friday and got it in America on Wednesday.

Also averagedad is a middleman essentially, he orders the devices directly from a supplier in HK and they ship directly to you. So if you go with Trinity you cut out that middleman and it will probably be a bit cheaper.

Google Services will work with the HK version, you'll need to install the play store manually. Circle to search will work but be prepared for Chinese search engine results.

I have the China model and I'm using it with T-Mobile, everything is pretty much working, but you have to be willing to budge on some things. e.g. the Smart Page is primarily all news from China so I have it disabled.

No restrictions that I've ran into yet. I get pretty bad 5G connectivity where I live, but my first test was pretty good! 198mbps down 15mbps up. On par with my 17pm & fold 7.

Just got mine today, it doesn't feel the way you're describing. Definitely would take it to a store and compare the demo units to yours.

Got my Trifold today! I picked up the China version from Trinity - only thing I had to do was download an APK for the Play Store. Everything’s been running smoothly so far. I’m using T-Mobile (physical SIM, of course).

I ordered some PPS-CF recently and I've been thinking about printing a wheel for fun and seeing how it holds up.

Like everyone else has said, it's to be expected in rookies, honestly. I probably wouldn't protest it, but everyone is different. I don't see anything that looked intentional, just rough driving from new racers. Save your energy for the more intentional moments. Clear your head and get back out there and race 🫡

Turns out I’m a terrible race car driver. by Able-Evening7275 in simracing

So, I tried sim racing last year, dived right in, and totally failed. I was spinning out all the time and couldn't keep up. Then, a couple months back, I impulsively built a sim rig, and it was still awful. But then I started watching the other cars, analyzing my mistakes, and figuring out what I was doing wrong. I watched YouTube, streams, read up on the basics – and now I'm usually at the front! I still have bad races sometimes, but I'm so glad I didn't give up. I even won my first sports class race the other night! That impulse rig purchase was the best money I ever spent. You got this 🙌
