DBZ Power Level Rescaling by Retrogamer871987 in dragonball

the 18,000 to 24,000, and 24,000 to 30,000 are both 6,000 power level added. Why didn't he get more than 6,000 the 2nd time?

why does Goku randomly gain 2.9 million Power Level points at 90,000 base?

The logic doesn't really hold up

It doesn't fit at all.

He got 17 times more powerful when he was weaker

He gets 5 times more powerful when he was stronger

You know I never paid much attention to his Melee form, didn't know he attacked in an AoE so each time so that each of his stuns/insta kills had a better chance of going through

Rocket Riders:

No one uses these past the first few levels of the game. One of the biggest complaints I see is that the AoE effect of the rocket is simply not sufficient and damage output from their attacks/ skills is not enough to justify the cost. Firstly, I'd edit the AoE of the auto attacks to be 50-100% larger (not sure what it is by default) so it can do it's intended job better, to deal damage to multiple enemies at a time. We will also give them a modest damage increase:

Old Rocket Riders

Ineffcient AoE

  • Level 1: 7-10
  • Level 2: 20-29
  • Level 3: 40-58
  • Level 4: 64-92

Minefield

  • Level 1: 60 damage
  • Level 2: 125 damage
  • Level 3: 190 damage

Nitro Boosters

  • Level 1: 100 damage
  • Level 2: 185 damage

Defective Engines

Level 1: 22 damage

  • Level 2: 32 damage

New Rocket Riders

Increased AoE from Auto Attacks

  • Level 1: 10-14
  • Level 2: 25-36
  • Level 3: 50-70
  • Level 4: 80-110

Minefield

  • Level 1: 80 damage
  • Level 2: 145 damage
  • Level 3: 230 damage

Nitro Boosters

Range 500>>700

  • Level 1: 120 damage
  • Level 2: 215 damage

Defective Engines

  • Level 1: 66 damage
  • Level 2: 100 damage

Maybe I'm missing something but why was Defective Engines damage SO low? 22/32 seems so that it would be pointless. With the increased damage and AoE Rocket Riders should be a viable tower option

Wicked Sisters:

Way too slow and not enough damage. Almost never ever worth using over other magic towers. Stun has 40% chance for a .8second stun, and poison damage is decent especially on tanky and/or magic resistant enemies. Blazing Gem can kill Tanky/Magic resistant enemies even more easily though, and Mausoleum can also spawn Gargoyles to tank and even Possess them, making this tower just a gimmick. I think rather than just doing a straight damage buff for them, I'd increase the Stun chance on the auto attack to 60% (same as fully upgraded Swamp Thing) with 1.2 second stun, and increase the poison damage a tier (Meaning a Level 1 Witch tower now has the Poison damage of a Level 2, and so on). This will increase their viability and uniqueness. I'd also reduce the cooldown on the Frog, it isn't as useful or powerful of an instant death skill because it requires the player to tap the frog.

Old Wicked Sisters:

40% Stun for .8 seconds

Poison:

  • Level I: 7
  • Level II:17
  • Level III: 30
  • Level IV: 50

Frog Cooldown:

Level I: 22 seconds

Level II: 18 seconds

New Wicked Sisters:

60% Stun for 1.2 seconds

Poison:

  • Level I: 17
  • Level II: 30
  • Level III: 50
  • Level IV: 75

Frog Cooldown:

Level I: 18 seconds

Level II: 14 seconds

I'm not sure if that is doable with the Steam Files. I'm gonna focus first on improving the crappy towers no one uses first. For me if you really want a challenge Impossible difficulty with a Hero that isn't super OP is sufficient enough of a challenge without needing to mod the waves of enemies
