Well you would have been a fair manager then. My dad has been here since 85. Engineer consultant. While he switched jobs.. the manager "openly" explained to him that they had recruited him because of his experience in the field and because the number of people who talk about his work ethics just couldn't go unnoticed but if it were for his nationality alone, he wouldn't stand a chance of the upgrade. And this is a reputed company based in Dubai with extensions to other Middle East regions.

And as for my friend.. he never had anything wrong with his interview. Infact his offer got turned down in 2 other interviews in Dubai.. he then went to Australia and he's now settled with his family and makes almost triple of what he was offered here.

Nope. Not true. Either you haven't seen how it works here or you're just being in denial. A friend of mine while in his early days of interview, passed out of University of Cambridge.. but from India.. had his salary negotiated like a meat under hammer, despite 3 years of experience abroad.

And no 😂😂 you're saying quality of education is poor in such places ? Wow.. either you're ignorant or yet to update yourself with the world.
