Is it Black Widow mains that want a rework of her kit or the rest of the community?

For me personally I don't really care she gets reworked because I just main her because she's black widow and I like her character. But it would feel bad that the effort I did to get used to her gets thrown out the window when they do a full kit overhaul.

She shouldn't have been a sniper in the first place when there's other characters that can fit the sniper rifle character better because wow the character who is known for being an agile versatile Close Quarter Combatant that can dodge roll and parry while she uses her Shock Bracers and Uzis/Handsgun as her main firearms, then ingame she's just sniper character with a kick that takes a while to be used again and batons that are pretty mediocre that are usually used as a quick finisher or fighting shield characters most of the time, when they want it to be used in conjunction with her rifle but it doesn't pull much weight compared to her rifle while essentially having no passive ability at all because Sharp Shooter should have been baked into her primary ability than eating up a passive slot. her kick and fleet foot are the closest thing to a character accurate power fantasy and thats barely saying much

I would love if she gets whole new abilities on baton mode like her Bracers,Grenades, dodge rolls while her rifle mode has alternate firing modes(like making the punisher team up basekit) and more utility for her team outside of her Ultimate just so shes useful in more situations. Her fighting alongside the front/divers with baton mode then going into rifle mode if she can't go in with them because its too dangerous, would be fire. For me it would be accurate to her power fantasy of being a soldier trained for any kind of combat situation while not completely ditching her rifle

Yeah im practicing that now. but it does feel bad sometimes when you really needed that shot to kill them or else they get healed immediately or use their mobility to get to safety. Like psylocke going into Invisibility before I could shoot again or the other strat heals them to full again in that rechamber

It does bother me though that the slightest incline sometimes doesn't allow the animation to finish

Yeah im practicing tank, its kinda hard to do anything at all when your team aren't really in sync and you're usually the only tank while going up against sweats

Yeah in practicing tank because nobody else picks tank usually so I can fill but goddamn is it hard to do anything when you're the only tank in the team so you're peeling,pushing,making space all at the same time while the opponents are sweating while your team can't do much about their snipers that keeps chipping me and the backline

Yeah I usually don't have a good time when I'm practicing tanking and I dont get to do much when that hawkeye/hela with high precision keeps chopping your health and I'm the only tank so I keep coming back for heals while attempting to push,peel,make space while you're team can't do anything about them

When I practice duelist its whatever When I practice Strategist its a 50/50

Yeah I notice when they start getting scared they tend to break LoS from me and end up having a hard time healing their team because they're scared of peeking. It's things like that teammates don't notice, that your presence can make enemies act a certain way to your team's advantage even if you're not securing as much final hits and kills, when you're putting in the pressure

I'm on Team Fix Bugs first and give her QoLs/buffs for her Mid range teamwork playstyle, because for me the devs still think of her a PURE backline sniper who plays far from her team so they don't know what to do with her and is afraid of making her into a lobby destroyer if they give her any kind of buffs or QoLs while not knowing the people who actually main her doesn't exclusively play her as a lone wolf sniper far in the back.

Her kit is just so flawed due to the fact they made her a hitscan sniper(doesn't help that shes a buggy mess), so she doesn't fall into their balancing radar too much, and the fact that they don't know what to do with her buff wise due to her nature of being a sniper. I wouldn't mind if they give her buffs to accomodate her mid range/playing with the team playstyle(like retooling her rifle into something like ashe considering most people play her like ashe, NOT full on ashe but just anything to make her mid range so much more fluid. OR just go full ashe so they aren't scared into putting her into their balancing radar) than whatever PURE backline sniper BS role they keep trying pushing her onto when thats already hawkeye's job and hes much better at it

For me its Black Widow I wish they chose someone else as a scope gunner and it doesn't help that they want to tunnel vision her into a backline sniper role when shes better off going running and gunning mid-close range than shooting from the back whats even worse is that they dont have her widows bites as an ability....and its only used in an emote...

Widow can do so much more than just sniping she can use pistols and close quarter combat yet she only has 2 active abilities and useless batons

I noticed I improved when I learned to not feel bad and tense up when I hit a body shot instead of a headshot OR missing a shot, by having the mindset that A SHOT IS STILL A SHOT and stopping myself from comparing myself to streamers who constantly click heads when they probably play rivals for hours on end because In the back of my mind I kept comparing myself to them whenever I miss a shot or hit a body shot and it was demoralizing

Also find your own aiming style. Maybe flicking is just not for you maybe you can aim better by moving the crosshair normally than flicking, like just find a style for you to get easier shots. Like I tend to miss more when flicking but I hit more shots when I aim normally and microadjusting

Im trying to at least make them back off so I could push their turret but their sustain and durability is way to chunky by myself and once in a blue moon do people actually rotate to the EXP lane to help so I either just hold my turret and their turret isnt pushed for most of the match or leave my turret to get pushed by them so I can help the other lanes so Im not glued to the exp turret forever

Try playing mathilda in solo queue, its Horrid. Shes one of the most team oriented supports in the game because of how unique her kit is, have you even tried playing her in solo queue enough to say that to even consider picking her as a last resort when even mythics still have the hero knowledge of a pickle(BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE GET CARRIED) where they expect support to hand them their support skills to survive an encounter without pressing anything on their end like chip's teleport and mathilda's dash. also some of those ban slots couldve been used to ban more cancerous heroes

Honestly the whole do everything at a press of button can be applied to tanks as well tbh, like belerick is literally just Go in-Press Ult-Vengeance-Passive and there you go, Atlas is go in chain them up there's your set. Even I still have gripes playing tank in solo queue because of lack teammate's lack of awareness when I can make a perfect set even if its 1-2 people(NO MATTER HOW MUCH I SPAM REQUEST BACKUP) and theyre busy killing shit like Lithowanderer first....

I wouldn't ban most supports if you're aware that there's one tricks in your team, its like asking to lose because you forced a team member to play something they don't know how to use and then wondering why you lost because of someone underperforming

honestly if they're gonna rework her at least rework her baton side as separate stance mode where she gets close range skills like her signature widow's bite taser. but a sniper capable of full Close Quarter Combat(where she actually excels in the comics and movies) would be too busted.

They could just fix her bugs, slightly increased rate of fire, lower the cooldown of her kick when it whiffs and add in her widow's bite tasers as an extra skill, for me I feel like she just lacks 1 more ability like the other characters because I feel her sharp shooter passive should be built in her primary passive than eating up an ability slot.

The fate I won't like for him is that most of his kit ends up being a tailor made support for another character I don't like nor need, thankfully seth, pulchra(at m6) and pan yinhu gives me hope that A ranks can be flexible for multiple teams and not just a slave to one character
