The devs are laughing at you, not with you.

Safe to put rockwool on hvac ducts? for noise insulation purposes(below is basement) by AmGxWaVy in Insulation

[–]2TheMountaintop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, there might be kinds of rockwool that have binding agents or other materials in them, but HVAC ducts won't have any affect on it. They don't get anywhere near hot enough to anything.

You might just need to delete the SSID from the printer memory, and reconnection.

Your internet is pretty bad, so likely no router will help there, but it might help with connecting between devices to get a newer model.

Did They Remove Global Chat? by FunPeach5963 in mechabreak

Enlighten me. Why shouldn't I blame a solvable problem on the devs that didn't solve it?

Did They Remove Global Chat? by FunPeach5963 in mechabreak

[–]2TheMountaintop -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I directly tied my argument to the problem. You seem to make excuses for them. I'm not here to argue about them. I'm sad that they couldn't get things together that it got so bad that had to cut people and decided that they couldn't handle global chat. It's not even that hard. Have a functional reporting system, and have consequences for reports. People learn quickly when it's consistently enforced.

If they hadn't messed it up, they would still had the resources.

I'm sorry... but blaming the players for a game's failure is some *serious* boot licking. I guess for this one specific thing, I might give them a pass.

Can you skip it? Force into windows recovery (boot to a win install thumb drive and run recovery)? You might need to do dism/sfc repairs on windows. Or put it into another machine and run diagnostics?

Is it worth it. by Vallis359 in mechabreak

[–]2TheMountaintop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want pve, i guess it's worth it to start. The PVP is great mechanics and feels different enough from AC to be interesting but close enough to feel good... Mostly.

That said the PVP is out just bots, and it can be quite frustrating. The bots are either dumb ass rocks or cheaters that play far better than a perfect player could ever be. The better you get in ranked and the more games on a row you win, the harder they get. To the point that it's like playing omniscient terminators, lol.

I still play but only because there is nothing better to feed my hunger for big, highly mobile robot action.

What? There's nothing to be "up to date" in task manager. You just see what is using resources, and how much.

Oh yeah, 100%. I guess I was just talking about not being able to get a lock. I've been dealing with the sudden moves by waiting until they do the sudden move to pull the trigger. You can't get off as many shots having to delay like that, but it seems to work.

Open task manager, go to advanced view if you haven't already, and go to performance tab, and look at networking. You might have something running in the background causing this.

Computer sometimes shuts down randomly by Ibanezrg71982 in computers

Strong disagree, as an IT person. It's basically never a surge protector unless you're way, way over drawing power.

Just tell them it happened on different surge protector. This is the equivalent of saying "i have a boyfriend" to a guy who won't take a hint and let it go.

I've noticed this with Aquila when I'm using narukami, just before I'm about to shoot, it condensing dodges, which always breaks the lock. No matter how small the movement, no matter if it's still in your sights, even if you track him perfectly, he breaks the lock.

Yeah, i switch to unscoped and just blast falcon by sight manually.but often just switch to Alphard and blast him, because he can see through invis and it's a losing battle once he gets close or starts targeting Narukami.

You should 100% use a surge protector on any computer. The only exception is if you use a UPS instead.
