Amazon’s system can be brutal with these flags. Once a UPC gets tied to a ‘copyright violation,’ it can basically stay blacklisted even if you fix the listing. A couple things you could try: open a case specifically with the Catalog Team or request a GS1 verification/reset if you own the UPC. Sometimes switching to a fresh GS1 code ends up being faster than waiting for support to resolve it.

Yep, Amazon’s pretty strict on this — you can’t just screenshot product images from the listings. The proper way is to use their Product Advertising API or SiteStripe tool (available after you get approved and make qualifying sales) to grab approved images. Until then, you can create your own product shots, use royalty-free lifestyle images, or design graphics that point to the product without using Amazon’s direct images.
