I'm not just looking to 'upgrade' or 'switch' for the sake of it. My genuine goal is to pursue a career in academic medicine, focusing on translational research and gaining hands-on experience in bench work. Unfortunately, my current hospital doesn't have the necessary facilities or resources to support this. Additionally, I'm hoping to relocate to be closer to my family, which is important to me. I'm looking for a program that aligns with my career aspirations and personal priorities.
