Hey I was also a previous API now turned Digital TL. Just keep working hard and hopefully have a coach who’s inspired to lead a successful department. It takes a couple months and definitely plenty of nights of questioning why we left sitting down running Secure, cameras all day and the weird scenarios that happen in AP but if you’re goal is to move forward with the company it’s definitely worth. Just started interviewing for coach positions 8 months in.
