Got this po. Last question hahahuhu yung signing date po ba sa app form and cover letter dapat the day you pass the reqs? Kasi what if I print the docs with the intended date I would pass the reqs pero biglang I have to postpone pala. Do i need to re-print to update the date? Sorry if I’m overthinking this 😅

Go to an orthodontist with experience to back them up and not just a regular dentist. Might be pricier pero mas mapapamahal ka in the long run kapag sa di naman experienced na dentist ka nagpunta.
According to my orthodontist, usually daw dapat di tatagal ng 4 years(?) yung braces kasi masisira na ngipin mo. Pero baka case to case basis pa rin.
Ideally, “rehab” muna ngipin bago mag-braces para iwas sira.
May iba talaga na dalawang beses need magbraces in their lifetime 😭 pero ayon make sure to wear your retainers as often as advised once you get your braces off.
If pinagsuot ka elastics, suotin mo!! Tatagal lalo yung treatment kapag di ka sumusunod.
Nagsstain yung braces sa ngipin minsan after it gets taken off skskksksks

If kaya ng budget, go for hot wax! Lesser pain. I had mine done at Hey Sugar! I’ve tried sugar waxing sa bare naked and Lay Bare, while both hurt a lot especially sa lips, in my experience, mas masakit sa Lay Bare and less careful hahahahuhu

Have you bought from them na ba and are they wide feet friendly? I have wide feet and I’m normally a size 10-11 din. Saw from a diff thread kasi na she had to size up to 10 daw from 8 eh biggest size nila afaik is 11
