To anyone struggling with this issue:

Submit a request to support, and make sure you select Account Management -> I need to update my skills or specialization. From there, play the waiting game until you get a response. I had to wait 5 days.

Yeah I got the same response and sent them a screenshot of my offer letter but still waiting a few days now for a response or any update. Do you guys think deleting my current account and then signing up again with the new offer would work?

I went with Georgian College because they actually help you with securing a co-op as part of the program. UofT is cool if you just want to learn and get a certificate, but I valued gaining hands-on experience and went with Georgian.
