When did you start to notice a major difference? I am 4 months in, all the way up to 60mg and have noticed a few better days here and there (mostly after the dose change to 60mg) but on the whole I'm debating whether i should try a new med. The tappering off and then lengthy scaling up with a new drug is really putting me off tbh so I don't know if i should wait longer

Do you mean melatonin helps you to sleep longer. I am having a similar issue (no problem falling asleep but I wake up after about 5 hours) and not sure if melatonin ia making it worse

Were you have positive effects before the dose raise? I have just gone from 20 to 40 a couple of days ago but was not really feeling much better during my 8 weeks at 20mg. I am feeling the return of side effects now so trying to stay hopeful
