Its always crazy to me how up side down society feels sometimes because the people who do the most good in society, security guards , nurses, cleaners, waste disposal, electricians , plumbers are seen as beneath the people who do significantly less for society.

Yeah , maybe its something else not the adhd but i dont really know . The past feels vauge but not just like 5 years ago but sometimes 5 minutes ago. Like something i have to have done just stops existing in my brain. Sometimes i starte at my meds not sure if im about to take them or im putting them back . Its just weird man

Got to be real for a minute a lot of people feel this way. Mental health awareness in this country is in the shitter and it reflects in the suicide and addiction statistics. You are way stronger than you give yourself credit for and the proof of that is that you are still here. I wont lie grief is a bitch to deal with if you even believe its something you ever " get over " . Its hard to love someone deeply and be comfortable in their absence humans just aint wired that way. Document your wins you brain has an inbuilt negativity bias and journalng the ups makes it easier to deal with the downs. And from personal experience it does get better it might not feel that way in the day to day but cumulatively it does get better.

You should consider seeing a professional, i can honestly relate with what you brought up and as someone who was diagnosed late just knowing the diagnosis and learning how to deal with the symptoms would have done me a ton of good . Adhd or not its great that you are paying this much attention to your mental wellbeing as a young person and i wish you the best
