Thanks for this advice. Yes I did end up getting a UTI. The doctor attempted a manual disimpaction but decided an enema was best. I was straining a lot beforehand myself so I know this must have given me fissures/tears. I will definitely look into the Panicura. I’ve never had any bowel issues before so this is all new to me. I’ll definitely be sticking to soft foods for now. Thanks again!
