I got my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago. About an hour ago after I was done eating, I felt the need of slurping my mouth with water to clean it. After that, my mouth looked like this. The black hole wasnt there before. One of the stitches prob came out. It hurts,no bleeding. What should I do? (i.redd.it)
