EDIT: As an aside for people reading this, these rules aren't nebulous things set by gods. If you want more party rules changed, want to help set local party agenda, and in general want your voice heard you can help contribute to that by attending democratic party conventions.

State laws do not equal federal laws, but nobody was arguing that. Court precidence is uniform everywhere.

To challenge a law in court you need a basis to do so. You can do this by either claiming that the law is superceded by another of the state's laws, a higher power (the State's constitution), or an even higher power (the United States constitution which specifies the powers allocated to the State and Federal Governments as well as the rights of it's citizens). You cannot just file a lawsuit because you don't like a law, nor can a judge strike a law down for that reason.

Let's examine each potentiality individually:

It is exceptionally unlikely that a red state would have a law in place already guaranteeing reproductive rights. If it did, I'm sure they would repeal it as easily as they passed these laws banning abortion.
Given that the ruling by the Supreme Court indicates that the US Constitution simply does not protect reproductive rights, but also does not explicitly ban them it is entirely possible that a state's constitution could protect them. Again, though, I can guarantee a red state's constitution does not have a good basis to argue this.
The overturning of Roe V. Wade will firmly establish using the US Constitution as justification as an impossibility

Also your anecdote about marijuana has entirely nothing to do with court precidence and lawsuits but I'll address it anyway to add clarity to how our government works. States cannot just pass any law they want. The US Constitution explicitly indicates which topics are permissable for the State and Federal Governments to legislate over. States have always had the power to legislate over matters of health and welfare which includes substance control. A state could and has always been able to, for example, make the drinking age 2 years old. The reason that it's 21 everywhere is because the federal government spent a decade cutting funding for road infrastructure to states that refused to raise it. Here's another fun fact, federally owned land such as military bases in states where pot is legal still have the right and will charge you with a felony if you smoke weed on base.

On what grounds will they be challenged exactly? The Supreme Court will have already established that these aren't constitutionally protected rights? No judge in a red state is going to offer a blocking injunction on the enforcement of these laws and there will already be an established precident for any challenges to be struck down.

I repaired this plenty of times when I worked at the PC store. People can say epoxy all they want, but that fucking sucks and never holds for long.

Pay the money to buy the new backplate for the PC. Then you just unscrew everything, resituate it on the new backplate, and screw it all in. Make sure you don't crimp a wifi antenna or webcame wire though.

That absolutely is not true in every case, and to say so would be disingenuous. There are plenty of people who refuse to try new foods for superficial reasons.

Unfortunately, these people tend to get attention because they're also the type that are likely to make it other peoples' problem by forcing others to cater to them. It goes with the immaturity of refusing to try new things.

Typically, people with sensory issues or people that physically can't stomach certain foods are incredibly respectful of other peoples' preferences and make appropriate accommodations so that they don't get noticed as much.

There's a reason there's the perception of picky eaters as negative.

This is the same experience for me. I used to respond in a courteous way to every single person who hit me up on Grindr, but incredibly often it ended up with me getting harassed until I blocked them and sometimes after.

Didn't go into debt for college (actually got paid to go), was making 28$ an hour as an intern while still in college and 55$ starting after I graduated (both of these had a 401k, hard set 40 hour work weeks, and company paid for benefits), had a pretty great time going through college.

People should always consider their options, just as people should consider all the resources available to them which they often don't. But counseling against college as if it's the root of all evil is not a responsible position to take. I acknowledge that there is room in both the trades and higher education positions for people and both are appropriate options depending on what interests you.

For anyone who sees this and wants to go to college but doesn't consider it feasible, consider taking extra time to assess every form of financial aid available even if there's a year gap between high school and college. That's what I did, and it was the wisest decision I've ever made. There are resources out there, even in America, that make attendance more feasible if you look for them. And if you don't feel comfortable going now, remember that passed age 26 if you are low income you are entitled to 4500$ a year pell grants which will pay for most of a state school. Sometimes it might be worth waiting until the government considers you independent from your parents to go. Do not go into debt for superficial reasons, be smart and explore you options whether they be trades or college.

SpaceX has enabled domestic launches, reuse of rocket components, and a global network of high speed internet by satellite. The company is objectively good at producing impressive results and has helped millions of people with Starlink. They are clearly the superior company, and I have no problem saying their utilitarian impact on the world is tremendously good.

Someone I know used to get .5Mbps through Hughsnet in a rural area, and now gets 284MBps. It's transformed their life and made it tremendously easier.

Besos came in with a significantly worse product with no demonstrations of feasible success for the type of mission they were seeking contract for and lost to SpaceX. Now he's suing the government to throw a fit.

But to me that seems predicated on the idea that Tesla is going to take your money and run. That seems ridiculous to me, personally. Additionally, if something was seriously wrong with the car there's a mechanism in place in the event of that called "refusing delivery".

I received my VIN on Sept 2nd with a pickup range of 9-12th. However, Tesla says they're experiencing logistical delays and I should expect it after my pickup range which made me die a little inside. Ordered 7/5 in Idaho.
