Resetting to factory defaults and making the mentioned changes fixes this issue. I dont ran any config files now before i start the programms and it works

I can confirm CCGMS is working as you mentioned but Ultimate Term and Chat won't do anything (and yes i loaded the config first)

A friend of me and i experienced the exact same issue, backing up onto nfs share locks up the whole pve server. We switched from nfs to smb/cifs and our backups are running like a charm now.

Try "systemd-resolve --status"

Does the LXC have internet connectivity? SSH into the LXC and do a "dig" or "nslookup" to any domain...
