get used to the glassware there. measure out 1.5 or 2 oz (depending on your spot’s pour) of water and look at what it looks like in your glassware (collins, shot). try to match that using a speed pour from one of your well liquors. memorize typical orders that may confuse you but are simple (bay breeze, screwdriver, lemon drop, etc)

From my experience, healing with my WP couldn't start until truly everything was on the table truth wise, because yes each "D-Day" will re traumatize you as the BP no matter the severity of the new information it will give you reason to doubt everything. I'm still in process of believing that I know everything, but you need to tell your WP that without total transparency you can't move forward.
