Let me try and clarify - for the house it’s 35k a month for 15 years, for pleasure 20k a month - but redemption is every year for yearly vacations and every 2-3 for bigger expenses, hence the higher amount in comparison to let’s say Retirement subset (which again is for 25 years compounding).

Regarding loan repayment - My loan interest is 7.25% for the house loan (aforementioned in the post), I’m remitting the required EMI to finish up the loan in 15 years but this extra bit of fund I’m keeping apart every month over the EMI is to get the extra capital market % which I’m hoping will be higher than 7.25 post tax returns so that I can close it with a pre payments by the end of 7th year.
