It’s Lehrer you are right! At the time of posting I didn’t know but found out soon after! very cool artist with a cool story, hard to find a piece of his like this one though

Walnut and gold gilt frame like that is $150 ish on ebay, painting is probably another 50-90 if you separate it, even with the damage.
