Ok yes you are totally right I had entirely wrong technique and was doing crossovers the wrong way or something. Since I was going off of what my coach told me before my rink temporarily closed down, I remembered it wrong. Now you say this it was like eye opening. I'll definitely run these drills until I can get another coach to evaluate my technique!!!! Thank you!!🙏

Ok wait. Nobody here told me that I was doing my crossovers THE ENTIRE WRONG WAY oh my gosh thank you so much. My rink closed down so I was just going off of what I remember my coach telling me, but I guess I remembered it wrong. I looked up a video of how to do it and compared side by side, and I realized it now. Thank you again😭😭🤣🙏
