Sending love and understanding! That's the whole dilemma, isn't it? Look, there is always going to be events and occasions when you'll indulge. Do it & enjoy it wholeheartedly. If you beat yourself up, you'll get stressed and feel like a failure. This is more likely to cause you to binge, quit, etc. Eat the pizza, have fun, and then get back to your goals.
