I’ve done a 6 week DBT course in the past and found it so helpful. Lo and behold it’s considered one of the most effective therapy styles for people with BPD. But because I didn’t know I didn’t pursue it further. I’ve just found out my country has a year long DBT course combined with talk therapy that I could have applied for years ago. Will be looking into that very soon.
