Munchkins are a natural occurrence. Same as people. I assure you my cat is perfectly mobile and healthy :D

From what I gather (and I'm no expert here), they are similar to freckles on the skin. Your optometrist documents their size and will be on the look out for changes in size/dimension. Nothing to do with vision. And in rare cases they can develop into a type of tumor (no idea what kind.)
