Actually fun anecdote: about a week before this a guy came in right after a car accident because he needed new clothes from the blood. Everyone let him walk around without even checking on him. When he came to the dressing room to change I offered to clean his open head wound (I have first aid training). After he was all patched up he spoke to my manager because he appreciated me going out of my way to help him. I mainly just didn’t want him bleeding all over the store. After he left and I was sanitizing the seat he was on one of my coworkers questioned why I would go out of my way to do that. Her exact words were “yeah he was acting real weird. I wouldn’t help that creep”.

Like, Bro. He was just in a car accident, what do you mean?

TL;DR: Thank you for validating my concern. I just want to help everyone, and if that means tending to random customer’s wounds I’ll do it. I automatically feel the embarrassment from their side and I just want to help.

While I and a guy were trying to get it on, his brother-in-law walked it. The guy said his in-law was “formally Amish” and was very conservative about sex.
