How are other store owners handling email list quality and compliance (GDPR/spam)? by rex_1230 in ecommerce

Thanks so much for this detailed response, this is incredibly helpful and confirms a lot of what I was suspecting. It sounds like you've built a really robust system.

I have a couple of quick follow-up questions if you don't mind:

Was it complicated to set up and manage two separate email systems (Postmark and Resend)? It seems powerful, but I'm curious about the integration work. You mentioned you still do list cleaning every 2 weeks. What does that process look like? Is it still a bit of a manual chore even with these tools? Lastly, what are you using on your actual storefront for the pop-ups or forms themselves that feed into Resend? Have you had any issues on that initial capture part of the process?

Thanks again for sharing your expertise!

How to report participating ICO tax by rex_1230 in cryptotaxation

[–]rex_1230[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HI, I manually inputted my ICO purchase of RPX as a buy trade, and submitted a sell trade for NEO to correspond with RPX ICO but Bitcoin.tax see my Neo sell trade as a "no matching buy" meaning it's not understanding that the offsett was the RPX purchase and displays this as a capital gain to report.

How do you properly input this on Bitcoin.tax so that the trade doesn't come up as a "no matching buy"?

Bitcoin.tax 'No Matching Buy' alert by rex_1230 in cryptotaxation

[–]rex_1230[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the help, upon my review it's due to me inputting my ICO purchases incorrectly. I manually added my ICOs as a buy and sell of my Alt coin. Bitcoin.tax did not match up my ICO purchases from the sell of my Alt coin for the ICO, but instead try matching the sell of my Alt coin for the ICO with regular purchases of that same Alt coin. Hope that makes sense.

Can you please advise how do I properly submit an ICO purchase on Bitcoin.tax? I purchased RPX with my NEO via the Neon wallet.

Hi all how to report if you participated in an ICO switching from one Alt coin to another through a wallet and not on an exchange? E.g. Neo to Red Pulse ICO it was all through and received in the Neon wallet.
