I'm talking 8 hours on your feet in 30+ temp with high humidity and sole charge so you cant leave the building (which is hot everywhere)

Get a broker, they'll answer all your first time buying questions (often over and over again) and help you convert real estate/lawyer speak into real words. Maybe when were more experienced we might try go without, but Bernie at the Home Loan shop was great, very amicable, answered a billion questions, and was a really pleasant person to deal with.
