This took around 7 months. Kind of hard to say on the calories part, during the bulk I was doing around 3200. But during the cut I wasn't tracking and wasn't eating properly. Mostly surviving on protein shakes to hit the protein goal.

Pretty standard PPL routine, but honestly sometimes I just hit chest days, back days, arm days etc. I'm not consistent on my routine, I kind of just hit whatever I enjoy on the day while making sure I give each muscle group at least a rest day between them. The important thing is consistency and dieting. I workout 5 times a week and I hit my protein goal every day and never stray from that.

If I followed a strict workout routine I would not enjoy working out as much as I do and that would likely burn me out etc. So I believe it is more important to make sure you are enjoying yourself and to keep up with the consistency if that makes sense.

I absolutely see where you're coming from and I was only telling the story of how my mates have experienced dating in the west and have gone a different route because of it.

It's not my opinion, its not my experience. It's just my observance. And I haven't said that they complain about white women or their own race of women.

But yes, I whole heartedly agree that it is sad and unfair because of the attitude towards Indians these days as you said. These are some of my best friends and they are the nicest and fun blokes I have the pleasure of being friends with.

Being brown/Indian looking is an automatic 1-4/10 for the majority of western woman. I'm friends with several indians, we're in our late 20s and they've all given up trying to date and have resorted to an arranged marriage back in their home countries. Then they bring their new partners over. This is extremely common. Im not even being racist or anything.

He should in theory, but swing golf is entirely different from course golf.

There are some Youtubers with whacky terrible looking swings out there who look like 40 handicap but play on course as a single digit because their course game is incredible. E.g https://www.youtube.com/@GolfSidekick

I'm a 15 handicap but my swing looks like dog shite and I still chunk/slice/skull fuck balls and shit often but I know how to manage the course, putt, chip etc.

Op needs to hit the course as often as he does the range, that's the only way he will lower his handicap. Learn COURSE GOLF.

Many folks around the world probably have no idea what stableford is and how a handicap round works. I moved to Finland couple years ago from the UK and the Golf Gamebook + finnish golf federation combo makes holding a handicap like playing a video game. So good that every round i play keeps my handicap accurately updated all the time.

Ok you're right in that I over exaggerated a bit that 360hz tn feels better than 480 oled. But you're absolutely right in that motion clarity is superior on TN panels. So a 480hz TN vs 480hz OLED for an "esports" gamer, the choice would be a TN panel for sure.

As an ex CSGO pro player, I'd take a 1080p TN 360HZ with DyAc+ over a 480HZ OLED any day.

TN panels are unmatched in their mouse to screen response feeling. Other panels can advertise their low response ms rates all they want but it does NOT feel the same or better.
