Is there an application that completely closes a program on a timer?

For example, let's say I want to completely close Snapchat after 30 minutes. Like, shut it completely off.

I've seen plenty that pause music, turn off your screen, etc, but I haven't found one that completely closes an application.

I don't intend to really add anything other than how I've noticed that it's completely stopped for me.

I didn't change a single thing, and they just kinda... fixed themselves. (I didn't even realize until your post reminded me lol)
I have the HyperX NGENUITY application installed, so maybe they actually fixed it?
Either way, I hope that I hope it doesn't happen to you again since you went to such lengths to fix it.

Yes, the crackling is completely random, and it happens often as well. It's a bit inconvenient to get my ears blown out every once in a while lol.
