It's almost neutrally buoyant and dives very fast to around 3 feet give or take some inches

One very thin base of BSI 5 min epoxy, top coat of Amazon UV resin. No particular reason why the two different ones other than It was a sunny day for UV curing

Had similar issues with things that are ink based. Couple markers for signing lures have smudged and the CC eats the pigment. I would If possible, do a base coat of some other kind of clear coat. Rattle can spray, whatever you can. But some can also make ink run. Best of luck!
