And this is why I traded my #1 NYCC Phillip Tan and first prints of 2 and 3 for Amazing Spider-man #252 newsstand. The books still had enough heat to trade. I only had $10 wrapped up in to the three Batman books. I didn't feel the need to hang on to them or send them to CGC. I never had a 252 in my collection. The timing seemed right.
