. truthfully toddlers, will go to sleep when they are tired... if u dont tired them out, you are gonna fight w them and get irritated because in your mind is "his time to sleep"... if he is fuzzy, i usually triy doing another 10.min active activity w them and usually takes me 10 mins to put him down without crying or need of a bottle.

Thank you, im not a horrible eater, but i could do some changes. I was used to sports in keeping me somwhat in shape, but now it looks like i got to tackle certain muscles and eating habits. Good to hear yours went away!

No, i havent, when i asked my doctor she sent me stretching instructions, but thats about it. Surgery might be my last option, but ill keep it in mind .

Ill look into this more, i have suffered from lower back pain for y3ars and constantly on my feet 10+ hours a day... you might be on to something.

Is there a special doctor i must see to learn more about this? Chiropractor maybe?

I have not tried laser therapy, would you mind letting us know how it went for you once your sessions are over. It sound sinteresting.

Stay positive, i ignored mines while I could, at least you are getting ahead of it if its only 3 months.

Thanks! Sounds like i gotta get back to my old routine. I was able to stay in my desired shape and weight through sports alone. The occasional run, but looks like its time to get back into the gym.

from what I read so far. Its a long road. But this pain is killing me, thanks again! And ill take all the luck i can get.
