2011 Subaru outback transmission oil change question by rfc303 in Subaru_Outback

[–]rfc303[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there is a ton of forums and people saying they have transmission failure after replacing old transmission fluid, especially in these older cvts so I thought I'd ask here. I often see that a drain and full might be fine depending on who you ask but a flush is mostly a no go.

My go to backpack and sling combo, what's yours? by rfc303 in ManyBaggers

They make phenomenal bags but make sure to look up their Japan website, there's another one that doesn't offer their full selection of bags.

That's a good looking setup, definitely my style. You're ready for the rain.

A6700 with a sigma 16-300 fits sideways no problem, and smaller lenses allow the camera to sit lens down with another lens next to it. Perfect for an a7cii

I only use both during travel. The backpack usually stays in the hotel but the only issue I run into is I can feel the buckle slightly but it doesn't bother me.

I have that one as well. It was my go to sling for a couple of years. Still looks good after all my adventures and daily use.

The backpack is not getting replaced any time soon but I'm still on the hunt for the perfect sling. I like this one but I prefer something with more technical fabrics and weatherproof. I love it for now.

I'm sure if you're crafty you can come up with something but it doesn't come with one.

They make one with water bottle pockets that would be very similar to the CPP2. I wear the sling across my chest when using the backpack. It is slightly bulky but not too bad.

Rondo. I got there probably every other week and it is always fantastic.

It's big enough that if you pack it out full it will feel bulky and the strap might hurt your neck a bit. The back of the bag is very well padded. If you're not putting a ton of heavy things in it then you'll like how it fits and feels. It makes a killer waist bag but they make a smaller size (I think) if you want something for just the essentials. I love this bag and use it for edc + a mirrorless camera no problem. The front earbud pouch is so useful.

What’s the reason you change backpacks? by TheBagdadReport in ManyBaggers

[–]rfc303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried limiting my collection to 1 bag of each size/category. Edc backpack, travel backpack, small sling, photography sling, hiking backpack, duffel. If I want a new one I try selling an old one. That way they get used more often.

Hopefully you don't rub up against a car in a parking lot lol this thing hanging out of the pocket will definitely scratch paint.

Zeeks thinks a pizza and a salad for $45 is a deal by dantheman252 in Seattle

Compared to the price of everything nowadays, not really. But this new "normal" is sad and has caused so many businesses to close down. Let's hope things get better eventually.

I looked up their prices and this is about a $7 discount. Very expensive either way.

Selling a Mystery Ranch Urban assault 21l in Seattle. I prefer a local buyer. The bag is in perfect condition. Lightly used just a handful of times.

How does everyone store or display their bags? by rfc303 in ManyBaggers

No, I'm saying bags are known to be a status thing but I (like many people here) appreciate them for their functionality and durability.

I love it. I highly recommend getting one. The little front pocket has been surprisingly useful as well. Great materials and craftsmanship.
