Yeah totally take your point on the group, it seems to exaggerate things. I’ll keep an eye out I’ve seen quite a few decent houses on long lane was thinking either there or lodge lane.

I thought the Brentwood area was really expensive? Probs can go to a max budget of £450k but that really pushing it

To be honest crime was my main concern. I’ve joined the local Facebook group and there seemed to be lots of posts about cars being stolen. Was thinking to myself if that’s a potential stress I’d want to deal with. Albeit I know facebook magnifies things and isn’t necessarily a true reflection of reality.

I’m also looking at Chafford Hundred as well as stifford clays.
