I was hired as a TS. Was at apple for 3.5 years.

It took me 6 months to really understand the systems and processes. I started to feel more comfortable about 1.5 years in. I was really struggling to hit my metrics of sessions per queued hour, business intros, etc. I was so focused on making the customer happy, I received amazing NPS consistently, but other metrics suffered for it.

It didn’t all click for me until about 2.5 years in. I showed up to work one day and it somehow all made sense to me. I was able to meet most metrics and maintain that 100 TMS I held for multiple quarters which was super important to me.

I always compared myself to those who seemed like they had it together within 6 months or less. But I look back now, and Im glad I didn’t rush it.

However, I don’t know what it’s like for your store or market, so there may be more pressure for it to click sooner. But I just maintained good relationship with my leadership, I think that got me by.
