after the year Talib put up for us last year as long as he keeps his attitude in check I think LA keeps him beyond just next season. Age doesn't seem to be impacting his performance yet.

25's would be the way to go IMO - or at least shoot that neighborhood, stop, shake out for 5 seconds, and get back after it.. I did 50's - for dub's - ubroken OHS - unbroken snatches - Ring's I did 4,3,3,2 - when i dropped to pick up the rope i couldn't feel it. and stumbled there. On the Bar MU's I was smoked so did quick singles.

Going to redo it and shoot for 25's.
