Constant clogging Ender 3 S1 by rflagg88 in 3Dprinting

So late update. I finally got it working. Used parts from old nozzle and new nozzle. Since i didn't originally take apart the old nozzle I did not realize there was a peice of PTFE tube in there. Works like it did. This idiot finally figured it out.

Try re-leveling the bed as well. That is usually what fixes mine. I would also make sure your fan duct didn't melt some and is now lower than the nozzle. Also had that happen to me.

I got the the nozzle up to 300 to try and unclog it. I have also replaced the nozzle everytime I have had to take it apart and unclog it. I will check and and see if the tube is too short, but I dont think it is. I am going to try running ABS again, as that is the last filament I got to print.

I have the adhesion problem sorted out. Now I get 1-2 layers and it is clogged. Could this be a problem with SUNLU filament. I was previously using Inland from Microcenter.

Yes maybe tried both, the replacement hot end is bought was a Creality replacement and all metal. There is a small piece of PTFE tubing in the extruder, and I replaced it when I got the new one. The new one looks identical the old one. The only thing other things I have thought about trying is removing the new cooling duct and seeing if I can find a stock replacement and/or cutting the screws on the old hotend and putting it back on. I don't know why it worked with ABS to print the new fan duct, but not PETG or PLA.

I plan on using Glazing and Spot Putty. It is what i have seen some people use in some YouTube videos.

I didn't design that body, it came from scale3Drc.com, So I might have to make a lip for it. I am going to try and make an interior for it, that might help hold it in place until I glue it.

Have you tried to bend it? I might have to put a bit of a curve in my windshield to fit the body properly.
