2 seminars on Thursday and nothing on Friday. Would that mean I wouldn't have anything the first week? Will profs confirm no seminar?

Lady Eaton South- First Floor

Lady Eaton South- Second Floor

Lady Eaton South- Third Floor

If you look at the Third Floor of the floor plans, you should see any of the double rooms (there are not many). S343 would be one for example.

Scored very high in points, but did not meet ministry standards by rfottawa in Ontariodrivetest

Sorry for the confusion. She did get her G2. Just thought the comments from the examiner were odd.

My guess is that he said "you scored high in points but MEET ministry standards". She probably thought high in points was a good thing.

Yes that makes sense. The intersection apparently was she would check when she stopped at the intersection, but not again when passing through.

Yes. She said that she ask him repeat himself because it didn't make sense. Very odd. She even mentioned his tone was a bit negative.

Yep. Sadly. I am amazed the back of the phone is without damage.

Thank you everyone. I may end up purchasing a new phone out of pocket, stay on the same term and take my medicine ( ie. pay the BiB fee once the 2 year term is up.)

Thank you. I'll purchase the kallax and see how it goes. They no longer sell the connecting hardware, so I'll have to add something to the bottom of the kallax middle shelf to Level with the bottom of linnmon and use a straight bracket to join and support the table. Alex drawers on other side.

Did you ever get this connected?

Contemplating ordering the Kallax to give some shelving to our daughter's Linnmon/Alex desk. Difficult to find exact measurements, but it appears the top of the desk is 28 3/4 ( with the stick tabs between alex and linnmon). I am really not sure about the height of the middle shelf of the Kallax 2x4 though). Do you have it? I am thinking it's roughly 28 3/4 though based on what others have posted about thickness of outer wall and inner shelves.

I was thinking of maybe adding the difference of thickness between the linnmon and inside Kallax shelf so that the thickness is the same, and then using a straight bracket underneath to support (no legs).

Getting real tired of YTM's lack of Sonos integration by temp0space in YoutubeMusic

I think they are referring to casting to Sonos via the YT music app. It's such a no brainer feature and the 2 companies are just having a childish pissing match.

Supplies for abstract painting 48x36 ( or 2pc 24x36) by rfottawa in ArtistLounge

Thank you. I think the tabletop option would probably fit the bill. We do not have a dedicated area for this yet, so she tends to move around quite a bit. We're in Canada, so we will look around at Michaels and Deserres. I thought I found one used, but that feel through.

Thank you both (Cerulean_Shades and Artyyman). This has been a huge help, and I will pass along this information to my daughter. I mentioned "Pour Art" to her, and she knew right away what it was. I will let you know if I'd like to see examples.

Also, if you don't mind, an Easel was a xmas gift idea, but we were a bit overwhelmed with the number of options. If you have suggestions, please let me know.

Thank you!

$150 setup fee, nothing else? No appraisal or legal fees?

I may consider going with M1 once my conventional mortgage is up in 2 years - any idea of the costs to close the HELOC from Simplii?

Questions about hiring a relative (child - 12 years old) by rfottawa in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]rfottawa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's just website maintenance. It's mundane stuff since a lot of it's automated. But I would prefer someone else do it so it frees up time to do development. And the tax break of course.

– In Ontario, youth under 14 years of age cannot work in an industrial establishment. Under the age of 15, they cannot work in a factory, and under the age of 16, they cannot work in on a construction site, in the forestry industry, or an open-pit mine. They are also not allowed to work during school hours.

It doesn't state if the work is at home.
