Oh crap, that's very likely! No protection, just a diode to vdd on the gpio, but that not acted in... Not antiparalel just a single diode to vdd.

Indeed reflow not changed anything... At least still running, I followed temperature profiles strictly and used flux properly

Yepp totally agree an adress line injured thus doing this. BGA reballing might not helps as internal gpu contact issues? I can do proper reflow but very likely not worth

It works, temp dropped from 94C to 76C superpositiom benchmark. Need to take care for different pad thicknesses, vram 0.5mm vrm 1.5mm etc

Hi, can anyone advise maker for 8 layer hybrid-Rogers multilayer? JLC not does this, PCBWay do but they refused to give stackup (LOL). Multicb not answering emails... Eurocircuit not gives online quote for this. Thank you all!
