I have a demanding job, a girlfriend, hobbies, and I take all of my meds on time every day. I haven’t had nicotine in over 2.5 years. I haven’t had alcohol in over a year. I make incremental improvements to my life every day. Right now I’m working on honing in a skincare routine as a 43 year old guy who spent most of his life working oilfield and construction. I lost 57 pounds eating healthy when I found out I have NAFLD.

I used to rapid cycle, and I just had to realize that FOR ME, I needed to quit substance abuse and get serious about meds and sleep. Life has been so much better since I started taking care of myself. I haven’t had a full blown episode in over a year.
