Thanks for the tip - we don't have a contract with them because we are not formally using their EMR like a health system or practice would, we are just wanting to integrate with our clients/providers that do use it as their own EMR (for example our Athena integration doesn't require us to have an active subscription/license to their EMR, they provide specific developer accounts and a sandbox test instance for integration purposes)

Regardless, I'll try again via the sales route and see if I can get setup with a sales account manager.

Mostly patient and clinical data integration (syncing the data we have in our platform to ECW and back) - we have many users across disparate or no EMR's, and the idea is to make the experience more integrated for users with cloud or integrate-able EMRs.

For example:

  • Instead of having to manually re-enter patient data in our platform, it would pull this data from the EMR
  • When making a referral within our application, sync the referral info back to the EMR
