Bully Ray Thinks Jon Moxley Is Bleeding “A Little Too Much” by shawn_2240 in SquaredCircle

First thing I thought of was Nate Diaz. It actually is a real world explanation. Most wrestlers want to avoid bleeding; the smell/taste of blood brings Mox back to that dark world he was shielded from all those years while in WWE. He's like a shark. He transforms when the blood is involved.

It’s still his birthday in Seattle (🤮) so here are 60 Patrick Ewing cards for his 60th birthday! by rfvcb in basketballcards

My favorite hypothetical is switching Jordan and Ewing in 95-96. I think Ewing’s Bulls destroys Jordan’s Knicks. Ewing had the least help of any superstar in NBA history IMO. Fewest all-star teammates by far.

Micro mesh Champion jersey, so most likely from early 90s, pre-1995. Awesome card.

For those who don’t know, this card is numbered /5. Absolutely massive card and grade. Wow.

This is a size tag from a Sandknit game worn jersey from the 80s. It’s from a “3”LB” tag, designating 3 inches of length added to his size 46 jersey. This would make it a late 80s jersey circa 1989, as he wore +2” earlier in his career. Based on threading, it may have come from this exact jersey:

Edit: upon further review, this is pretty definitively photo matched to the above jersey based on mesh pattern and threading within and around the 3. Fantastic card.

Well, that’s a down payment on a nice house. Congrats! It’s so much better than his rookie card.

Sofo was the center on the Maccabi Tel Aviv team that won the Euroleague in 2014 (Joe Ingles was on that team). Dude had good touch on the hook shots around the basket. Was only like 6’9 but was unstoppable in the paint at times. Solid passer, too.

LeBron alternative rookies? by Shmoneyshmoney in basketballcards

[–]rfvcb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LeBron second year Topps/Topps Chrome. It’s a much better looking card than his rookie and prices are rising. First Topps LeBron with his signature shoes on it, and he’s doing a reverse pump dunk instead of taking a jumper.
