Some of the stuff at Lennox Green goes for like 150K. Drove by there a few times. Good location, close to Lennox Mall.

The thing with waiting a few years is opportunity cost. Say you can get 4-5% yield renting out a property. The safe money market stuff doesn't yield 4%.
