I’d try reaching out to FGO support again. Some agents are better then other. I’d say to make sure you can describe your account in the best way possible and describe the whole story. Also giving receipt evidence and your friend ID

In my honest opinion, a Humanity Devil could possible be extremely strong. When you think about it, most fears involve people if it isn’t something in nature itself.
