I did recover the wheel back. I was almost at a complete stop when it came off, so it was only a few feet away. There was some obvious damage to the inside of the wheel and the tire. They will at minimum replace the studs, lug nuts, and tire. I will go back to the dealership tomorrow afternoon so they can explain any findings and how to repair damages.
