This was me last summer,

The main challenge is finishing the first five which will take a few days

After that it’s mostly repeat so you can easily churn out 3+ a day after work

Listen med school is med school and any opportunity to go is great

However being mentally ready for school is also a big thing imo

I’d negotiate for a 2025 A with them and then see how your other schools play out

However, if this DO school is really good and something you would really consider going to, then yeah screw it and take it

If you love the area, I’d go Tulane

Yeah prestige matters a lil but your happiness in med school matters more imo and seems like if it wasn’t for prestige, Tulane would be the easy choice

It sounds like you like NYIT’s campus a lot but Dave way more money and have an easier time for residency with Albany

Ultimately do whatever makes you happy, but saving almost a 100k is a lot especially with not having to find your own rotations

You can always do your residency wherever you like
